Slammy Stelmer

The son of a confectioner. He is a so-called brat general, and is mean, violent, and quarrelsome, but he's weak against adults. He sees Starling as his rival, and plots to steal Rascal by any means possible. His father finds out that he is constantly stealing and eating candy from the store, and he is under surveillance.
